The accommodation is in a quiet area even if very central. Despite its small size, it is livable and functional. Nico gave us great tips on what to see in Nice. As Italians, we really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine! Livia

The apartment is a little oasis in the middle of the city. The balcony facing north and the greenery is wonderful. The location is perfect and the apartment is also very well equipped for cooking. Antoine is a really nice host and very proactive. We are looking forward to our next stay

An absolute gem in the heart of Nice! This apartment was the perfect base for our stay—just a short walk from Old Town, where you’ll find some of the best restaurants in the city. The location couldn’t have been better, and the apartment itself was exceptional: stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
