great host. Capi (the co-host) was amazing. My US extension cord was tripping the breaker for some reasons so he help me get a new one. The place was perfect for my needs as remote worker, very quiet and best of all, I would say internet in the apartment was one of the best I have had in Africa. The large dining table made for great workspace. The neighborhood felt very safe. Airbnb really needs to do a better job at showing approximate locations on their map, not blaming the host for this, I have had that issue quite a bit with Airbnb. The cleaning lady was great as well. Unlike most places in Dakar, the host offers a certain amount of Electricity to start and you can top off when you run out, for me, it lasted nearly my entire stay. I didnt use the AC and powered off the water heater between uses. Now to what the host can do to improve the space, there is virtually no closet space in the apartment, nowhere you can hang clothes. The dorm size fridge can't hold much either.

Very pleasant stay in a very lively area of Dakar. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation in a small street not easy to find at first. Close to the beach, N'gor Island, shops Easy to find taxis, go for a walk in the Almadies and on the cliff. Jay Na welcomed us warmly and answered every question we had during our stay!

Really nice appartment with a lot of space and nice furniture. The kitchen is well equiped and cleaning twice a week is included. It is very quiet and save. We really enjoied it. Lafia is a great host and always available. 100% recommend
