The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Ker Biniou is a typical Gallic charming villa, ideally located 150m from the beach and the main avenue of La Baule. Very quiet, in an enclosed garden of 1000m2, it enjoys a small sea view. The 5 rooms recently renovated are very comfortable, 4 of them have their own bathroom. A beautiful covered terrace of 30 m2 opens the house to the garden facing south. The rental price includes linens: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, and tablecloths.

The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the parking lot of the residence. The beach is at the end of the residence.
