We were very well hosted by Hakima. It was available at all times. great residence with pool and partial sea view. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. the apartment has all the necessary amenities and is very nice. Listing we recommend. 👍🏽

Thanks to Nadia for being an available and attentive host, the apartment has a beautiful view of the cliff, all the comforts are at our disposal to feel at home! Cleanliness and chic decoration. Restaurants all along the cliff and easy access to go to the city for a walk by car or transport. We will be delighted to come back to Nadia's.

Khadija is very responsive. The apartment is in a very good location and well secured. A security guard is present 24/7 in front of the building entrance. I could park my vehicle in front of the building or in the private parking lot. Easy access to the city center in 15 minutes. The very clean apartment with a balcony. Thanks and see you soon. KAYA

It's very close to Casa Porta Station~ It's easy to walk to nearby Medina and the city center. The room was spacious and clean! It was a more spacious and comfortable room than a hotel. I had a good rest. Thank you.😄

Great place as or better than the pictures. Across street from the Casa Port train station with cheap super easy direct train to the airport in 40 minutes and anywhere in Morocco. Clean, modern on top floor, very quite, away from any street noise. Amazing views of the port and the ocean. 24 hours reception person in the lobby which is similar to a hotel lobby, easy check in and out via door key pad. Walk to old Medina (city) or the central market for the best seafood on the planet, you pick the seafood from vendors in the fresh market and countless restaurants will pick it up, and cook it for you anyway you desire. Fast internet, smart TV with apps, YouTube, etc. Fast responses from Adnane. It was a great trip, Morocco is very safe, as modern as Europe and the Moroccan people are the sweetest, nicest people in the world indeed. I can't wait to go back

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Very, very large and spacious apartment with two suites and several bedrooms. The waterfront location is exceptional and the facilities on the terrace (hot tub , pool , paddle board and canoe) make the stay memorable. However, and this is not related to the house, Bouznika beach is very busy in August and plagiarists do not pick up their trash. That didn't stop us from having a great stay!

Wow! What a location, directly on the sand! We enjoyed afternoon strolls on the beach and the sun set. Lorenzo and Mehdi are great hosts! We made some exceptional requests, for example, breakfast and they delivered with a smile! The Skhirats fish market is 1 min walk, so we purchased lots of fresh fish and had it descaled , then took it to a restaurant that cooks the fish (also 1 min away) and they delivered our grilled and fried fish to the property which was excellent! Recommended - we will be back, possibly in the summer!

We had a great time with the family in Fahd's beautiful apartment, starting with a warm welcome, he took the time to explain the residence to us. Very neat apartment with all the necessary amenities for a great stay and very good location, close to all amenities, with easy access to Sablette beach. We'd love to come back! Recommended.

We had a pleasant stay in Bouznika in this apartment. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient for our family stay. The bedrooms, including the children's room, were comfortable with clean linens. The fiber internet connection was excellent, and there are two toilets, which is always a plus. The large balcony offers beautiful views, and free parking as well as the elevator made our stay easier. Special mention for the very clean pool surrounded by a peaceful green space, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

We had an issue with the washing machine . I contacted the host and she sent someone who took our laundry washed them and brought them back. That was very nice.

The residences are impeccably clean, and Ayoub is an exceptionally kind and helpful person. He has a real sense of customer service and does everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly equipped, absolutely nothing is missing, especially in terms of appliances. I highly recommend it!"
