Placencia vacation rentals

This was a great location with beach views from the back patio. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was great for a break from the humidity outside. Great bathroom and a nice kitchen - this was the total package. Beach was close and some palm trees provided shade to enjoy the chairs provided. The location was great being on the sidewalk and convenient to the grocery and Placencia Beach Club which provides access to a pool. The cab ride being prearranged is a great perk and we much appreciated the personalized service provided! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay as it was central located, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Claudia was wonderful in accommodating us for extra night stays.

We loved our 6 nights here in Placencia at the Mermaid Cabana. Ed & Flo were great hosts and helped us adjust our dates when winter weather canceled our flights which was a huge help! The cabana has amazing views and it was peaceful sleeping at night listening to the ocean waves. We would love to come back again one day and 100% would recommend to our family and friends. Also big shout out to Jose our co host for helping with suggestions and setting us up with Black Jaguar for some excellent tours!

our family has been visiting placencia for over 20 years. this is the best place we've stayed by far! love that the family is local so the $$ stays within the community. being able to walk everywhere was great! A/C in the bedrooms were a plus too. Definitely recommended this place for your stay. :)

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and beautiful. It was quiet and clean- we felt safe staying at Seabird! Highly recommend and great for families.

Beautiful quiet location near Seine Bight, where you’ll find a grocery and atm. Some great food and lots of local flair. Placencia is a short scooter or bike ride away..The property was cozy and nicely appointed. Everything we needed, including a washer/dryer! Hosts were responsive & friendly:) Already thinking about returning to rent both houses on the property with friends!!

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

Very friendly host, and quick to respond. They were very accommodating to our needs. It was a great location and I was very impressed at how clean they kept the shoreline, we didn't have to swim in seaweed when we went in the ocean. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great the host was responsive. The home is farther north on the peninsula which I knew and liked. If you like to travel inland this is a great location, it saves you many bumps and time. I will say with the store closing in Maya Beach currently you have to go to Seine Bight or Santa Cruz to find a grocery store. Hopefully the Maya Beach store will reopen soon. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was nice and great for swimming you can wade very far out, we also used the kayaks. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet area. We stayed in one of the two lower suites and my only complaint is that the noise from the chairs above being scooted across the floor is horrible. They need a pad placed on the legs. We had a family of 8 staying above us 6 of the days and there was lots of noise from the chairs being moved around. It is a very loud screeching sound. Other than that we had no complaints. We look forward to staying gain.
