It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We were very pleased that Felipe personally came by to greet us. He is super friendly and makes sure that his guests are doing well. The house is really big. There were three terraces with magnificent sea views. The beach is about 4 minutes away on foot, was really quiet and fantastic to enjoy the sunset with a lighthouse view in the evening. Felip is always available and his (restaurant) tips are recommended. It was my first Mallorca vacation with many hikes in the Tramuntana mountains This house was a great place to end the day on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the night dreaming of waves in a super comfortable bed. The view of the sea was the icing on the cake. We look forward to seeing you again😃 and highly recommend this place. Incidentally, you can reach it via a staircase opposite, at the sea in a minute.
