Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

4 nights of total relaxation, the mornings the birds and the flow of the river kept us company during breakfast. The silence of the village in the evening is a treat for those escaping from busy city life. Visiting some gems of Molise was a beautiful experience and Roberta's accommodation is part of it.

My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

La Casa di Pietra is a beautiful two-story house, located in a quiet, peaceful area with a beautiful view. We found the house very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. And the ping pong table in the garden was the star of our stay 😂 Francesco was a very kind and helpful host, as was his very nice mother, who opened the house for us. I would say that the only regret is that we only stayed one night, but we hope to be back soon. Thanks!!

A very nice stay in Cecilia's pretty blue house with superb mountain views and very nice decoration in the house. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Access is a bit tricky so plan to communicate well with Cecilia in order to get a parking space. A beautiful village that's quiet, relaxing and pleasant. I would really recommend it, Cecilia was very accommodating despite our late arrival following a change in our schedule, a big thank you again, very friendly and serious person. The only concern is that we did not stay longer 😅 and would have liked to stay longer in this beautiful soothing setting. See you in Best regards, Paul and family

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

We had a wonderful time and the people in the town were very friendly.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Marco and Alisa are very friendly and pleasant hosts, reserved but immediately responsive if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay in her apartment. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, top Wi-Fi. The apartment is in the center of Mafalda and you can easily walk to bakers, butchers, small very well equipped supermarket, pizzeria and a bar in 5 minutes. By car, you have about 25 minutes to the sea and within a 1 hour drive, many destinations in Abruzzo can be reached both in the mountains and by the sea. We absolutely recommend the apartment of the two.
