Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pittulongu

Giuliana is a fantastic host and the listing was as described.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The view was spectacular from the villa, and we spent a lot of time sitting at the table outside looking out on the stunning scenery. The resort surrounding the house was very quiet and the main amenities were closed, as it was obviously low season in May. The surroundings were extremely quiet and private. The short path down to the beautiful little beach and the kayaks were great. There are loads of beautiful beaches either a walk or a short drive away, you’re really spoilt for choice. Stefania gave lots of useful recommendations for places to visit and the best restaurants In the area. The villa itself is basic, but had everything we needed. The living space is small, but opens out to the lovely patio and view. The downstairs bedroom is a decent size, but the upstairs bedroom is very low ceiling and wasn’t ideal for 2 tall adults, we bumped our heads a few times! The kitchen is very small, but it’s well equipped for basic cooking. We had a lovely time.

Mari and her mom are super hosts! They were so friendly and provided us with lots of local recommendations from tours to restaurants. The apartment is really cozy and has a great location. I hope to be back one day! :)

Comfortable house with all the necessities. Quiet terrace and beautiful garden with lots of flowers. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Great place to stay! Perfect location. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants. Lovely and authentic Italian house / flat . Cecilia was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location! The gardens are are beautifully maintained, with gorgeus flowers, a lemon tree and strawberries that you can harvest yourself. We really enjoyed our time here, especially sitting on the terrace in the evening sun with the stunning views! There are two adorable cats too who we enjoyed cuddling with! Francesca was really friendly and responsive, and gave us some delicious local produce including home made jams! The property had everything we needed, even a baby bath for our little one!

Nice find! Indeed this region is beautiful from every point of view and Punta Molara is a peaceful oasis. Nicola is a responsive, friendly, efficient and considerate host. Thank you so much! The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay in and its exterior is magical, the pool was highly appreciated. Great apartment on a private resort . We travelled here in May so it was very quiet and didn’t see anyone else even using the pool so it was lovely and felt exclusive . I imagine it is very busy in the summer months . A great place to base to explore surrounding area as not much in Porto pozzo itself. Elizabeth’s was a very pro active friendly host whose communication was excellent . Would recommend Thank you

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Cannigione and Giulo’s place was a great home base to explore Costa Smeralda! I would love to come back soon! Absolutely paradise.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

As you see it on the listing, you'll find it. Atmospheric ,complete with a lovely roof terrace and a lovely large veranda. The view is fantastic. Elena responded immediately to questions; super nice!!! It is recommended to have a car. Definitely recommended!!
