Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

I had great stay in bethel Phillips home was right near Sunday River and very easy to get to and from right near the center had an absolute blast with my family snowboarding

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place! The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, toiletries were provided, and there was plenty of room for our two dogs (one of them a Bernese Mountain Dog). We explored dog mountain (a 15-20 minute drive from the Airbnb), hung out at Dirt Church Brewing (about 10-15 minutes from the Airbnb), and got breakfast at Cafe Lotti (5 min from the Airbnb). Overall, a lovely and incredibly dog friendly stay.

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

This Airbnb experience was truly exceptional! As a frequent Airbnb user over the past 10 years, I can confidently say this stay was a standout and one of my all-time favorites. Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

The owners have really thought about what would help people feel at home and enjoy their time at this rental. Fun stuff for big kids (a foosball table, dart board) as well as for young children (my daughter adored their dollhouse). Everything was just well thought out and comfortable.

What a sweet, homey, comfortable place! My family and I loved this place and only wished we had more time there. Would love to return in the summer months to take advantage of the huge yard and property! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

We had great stay at Lindsey’s! Cozy and warm in this coldest time of the year!! We are happy with our stay!

cabin is just as pictured and described clean and cozy. Great for snowmobiles ride right from cabin down private driveway onto trails. Gas and parking area for friends to meet up very close.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Even for non-skiers, a lovely area to hang out in the in the winter. The house has gorgeous views, and was nice and cozy to hang out in. Maggie was very helpful and kind, great experience all around!

Very nice family stay. There was plenty of space even though we were seven adults and a baby. The cottage is comfortable. The people of the village are kind and welcoming. For the cold season, it would be nice to have more seats near the indoor fireplace.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carey's little log cabin on MooseLookMeGunTic Lake. It was nice to be able to use the kayaks to go out on the lake and there were many hiking opportunities nearby.
