Amazing place and truly a unique experience, perfect for adventurous spirits!

Martin’s place was a peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet and I appreciate the quiet for sleeping. My husband loved going down to the pool. We both loved walking down to the Lighthouse Bar/Cafe and walking on the beautifully 14’ wide poured concrete promenade up and down the coast. We have traveled to many countries and Paphos has the best promenade. I have mobility issues and I really appreciate the promenade. It was especially beautiful to walk on the promenade in the direction of the lighthouse. The area was fenced in and it appeared to be part of the archaeological park. Two years ago we stayed in a hotel in February and walked to the archeological park from the marina. We were close enough to walk to the small stores along the main road. One could walk to Kings Avenue Mall. Before we checked into the AirBnB we ate lunch inside the mall at a Greek restaurant which was very good. We prepared all of our meals in the apartment.

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

If you are considering booking this, do it, you will not regret it. By far one of the best places I have ever been, offering a truly unique experience! Very elegant and thoughtful touches with all the best of amenities, right in the middle of nature. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the village!! It felt like a little honeymoon for us and we will definitely be back. The hot tub, the swing, the comfortable bed, we cooked our own dinner and just enjoyed this wonderful place and everything it has to offer. Village only 15 min walk away. A truly unique experience!!! Flawless ! He's a thoughtful, flexible, thorough host. Andreas let us check in earlier than it was in the policy, and he was waiting for us on the spot. We received plenty of gifts; Wine,juice, oranges, bananas, enough butter for the week,coffee, cream... Other extras; about 3,000 taxes on the TV, for every request, chargers,converters, etc. We were able to communicate in German, which is a rarity ! The accommodation was perfect for us, close to the beach, yet the hustle and bustle in a peaceful location next to a quiet park, mostly surrounded by locals, which was a guarantee of tranquility. We had a small but lovely terrace in the shade of the orange trees.

Absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it’s clear that Peter takes great care in maintaining the property. We slept so well thanks to the calm surroundings and cozy setup. Peter was a fantastic host—very responsive, respectful of our privacy, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made check-in super easy and gave great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This spot is a hidden gem, and we’re so glad we found it. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, this is the perfect base. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.
