The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

The accommodation is renovated, impeccably clean with a magnificent view, direct access to the sea and the coastal trail. Very friendly welcome with Régis who cares about every detail for the comfort of his guests. Chances are, we'll see each other again!! Small accommodation really very well located in a beautiful setting with very nice sea view (superb sunsets) only 10 minutes' walk from shops, market and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet (at least off-season). The accommodation is functional and practical, only downside is the shower is really cramped. A dish drainer would also be a very practical plus.
