Hi, maybe I forgot to ask or didn't see it in the listing. Apartment 401 has three floors of stairs to access or 4 floors from the garage. Our group had an elderly couple where an elevator was needed. The rest is just praise, great location, beautiful balcony view of the relief, spacious and well air-conditioned apartment with 4 air-conditioners, fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend the place.

New and impeccable apartment, first-rate appliances, new and comfortable furnishings, fixtures in good order. The host Elaine is an easy to communicate and very helpful person. It was 3 spectacular days in Piratuba.

Wonderful location. Panoramic view of the balcony , amazing and in general we were practically inside the spa in less than five minutes. We will miss you. Lord Ademar was very attentive and kind.

The space is fantastic... it has all the amenities for a quiet stay. Clean environment, comfortable beds and the location is excellent. Although it does not have a garage, this was not a problem because there were places on the street that is super safe. Sure will be our option for a future return to the city. I recommend it!
