Vacation rentals with a patio in Piney Flats, Sullivan County

The place was way nicer than even the photos showed . Great location , close to everything you would need . Extremely peaceful and relaxing . The Lakeview was breathtaking. Marie and Tony were so welcoming and friendly.

Amy’s place was perfect! Exactly as shown in photos, had everything we could’ve possibly needed, & she left water bottles on the counter for our arrival :) We had a quick one night stay and Amy’s rental was great for us.

This was such a cute place. Had a bit of a hiccup on first booking but it was resolved quickly and the host was very kind, responsive, and friendly. The inside was also immaculate.

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

Val’s condo on Sugar Mountain was perfect. Check in was easy and the code to the door was easy to remember as it was the last four digits of my cell phone number. The condo was upscale and updated with a spacious great room and master bedroom and a beautiful kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The TV had lots of channels and we really enjoyed the big deck with the gorgeous long range views. The condo complex was beautiful and not overly crowded. My husband and I were surprised at how quiet it was as we loved hearing the birds and the sounds of nature. We highly recommend this place and would return if we go back to the area.

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Sugar Mountain! The space was spotless, private, and had such a warm, welcoming feel. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view of the mountains — absolutely breathtaking. I also really enjoyed the community pool and hot tub, which was a nice bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. Everything was just as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway!

The house is clean, the beds are very comfy, albeit a little high off the ground for short people. That said, high beds means no dogs on the beds, and I appreciate that. Good hot water in the shower. Don is helpful and communicative when you have questions.

This was our second time staying at the lake house and it’s very spacious and comfortable

The house was super clean and easy to access with the provided directions. We felt safe in the area, and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The house has a few quirks and feels dated in some ways, but it didn’t cause any issues and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again and hope to on our next visit to JC!

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Johnson City area. The home is well laid out, extremely clean, and in a nice, interesting neighborhood. It was easy to find, and the office nook and toy chest were pleasant surprises for the kids. The porch is really nice also, and the beds are quite comfortable. Thank you!

A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

Hugo's place was cozy, fun, and yet peaceful. From the sun room, I could see nature and the Hard Rock Casino Hotel across. It was a combination of nature and city life, which I hadn't experienced before. We really appreciate it having everything we needed within just a few blocks. We will definitely come back if we are ever around Bristol again!

Cozy and adorable bungalow. Thoughtful touches and updated tastefully. Awesome backyard space, my pup loved it. Super close to many restaurant options! All around just a great overnight stay. We would love to return and maybe stay a bit longer next time.

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

Whitney was very personable, couldn’t figure out the gate and she took a personal call without hesitation to help. So close to all the great places in town.we will be back.

Amanda’s hidden gem was an amazing spot for me and my boyfriend to escape reality from! Check-in was very easy, and her space was very easy to find. Her space looks just like the pictures and we felt right at home. Amanda was also kind enough to supply some light snacks and coffee cups for the place which we were very grateful for! It was very clean, and we felt very safe and right at home. We were also able to have access to the country club, which we went for the hot tub which was so nice! The view from the balcony was amazing!! Overall, we loved our stay with Amanda and we will be back for a ski trip!! :)

Great stay at Alexis's Air B&B! The condo was adorable - just what you want for a mountain/ski weekend. FANTASTIC location - could walk to slopes, tubing hill, the little Beech Mtn Village. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the condo - boot warmers, chapstick, etc. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were very nice as well - made for a good night's sleep!
