The apartment is equipped with every comfort, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Quiet but close to the sea, which can be reached on foot. The host has a quick response time and was also flexible with check-in.

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

Silvano’s place was amazing, very spacious and clean. Communication was great despite a language barrier and there were no issues checking in. Parking in the area was difficult and takes some time.

The location is strategic, it is a short walk from the main attractions and with spectacular views. The apartment is very nice and cared for in every detail, with modern and functional furnishings. Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

I had a great week in Alessandro's apartment. It had everything you need for a long or short stay. The house is in a strategic area to visit the surroundings, I wanted to thank Alessandro very specific in the directions, we had a really good time.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. All in all a wonderful place for holidays! We'll be happy to come back anytime. Tschau a tutti😎

I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.

Apartment with attention to the smallest details for a romantic stay in S. Stefano di Sessanio... a magnificent town even outside the tourist season. Francesco is very kind and helpful, it seems to be hosted by friends, always ready to help and advise. Go!!

La Chiocciola Resort was truly a pleasant discovery, located on this enchanted valley, perfect for those who want to disconnect and enjoy a moment of peace, tranquility and relaxation! The owners are wonderful people, super helpful and welcoming. A definitely familiar environment and cared for in every detail, comfortable as it allows you to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. We will definitely come back to relive moments of serenity, simplicity and authenticity that it offers and undoubtedly for the hospitality we received.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

The jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the outdoor lights—it created such a magical atmosphere. Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
