Above and beyond! This is such a sweet little house decorated so cute with all kinds of vintage stuff that you can actually touch and work! If you have kids, they will be over the moon to see and pet the cute miniature ponies! If you left something at home, she more than likely has it stocked somewhere in the house! Very user friendly and well thought out! Thank you!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We visit Spring Texas several times a year and will look for THIS Airbnb availability before any others! The location is perfect for where we visit family. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very very nice place. And The host is AWESOME!

Me and some friends stayed at Theo’s for a simple girly get away. If i could rate this 10 stars i would. Everything was nice and clean, there was plenty of TP and Towels. Lots of games to play! And the lake view was amazing. I love how there was a fan in every room too. Theo’s communication was top tier. I had a dumb blonde moment trying to get into the home and as soon as I let Theo know , she was already on the way to help. I would DEFINITELY come back , vacation or not. Best BnB i’ve been in so far!
