Close to the centre. Walking distance to everything.

The apartment has everything you need to function. You can park your car on the street, but directly at the entrance. Our stay was at the turn of April and May. It was chilly in the apartment because of this. Luckily you could smoke in the fireplace.

I highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, peaceful, and relaxing—a perfect spot to stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

The place had been great. Clean and modern furnishings. The place was very centrally located yet quiet. The city center was within a 15-minute walk.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, we found everything we needed here. The owners are welcoming and communicating with them was quick and hassle-free. If you want to experience a very pleasant place to stay, I can only recommend. I can't find anything I can complain about :)

First and foremost, the apartment is really child-friendly. There were so many toys and games for children, it's amazing. The location was just what we expected: a quiet little village in the middle of nowhere, but not far from shops (15 min car ride to Nepomik or Horažďovice). Also the towns of Klatovy (30 min) and Plzen (55 min) are not far at all. The apartment was perfectly clean when we checked in. Lukáš showed us around and answered all our questions in a very friendly manner. The only problem is that the fridge is very small, but it was enough for our needs and also Lukas said, the fridge will eventually be replaced by a bigger one. All in all, a very positive experience. I would recommend Lukáš' apartment any time.

A pleasant and peaceful stay! We were able to visit the surroundings as well as Karlovy Vary thanks to the car! Invigorating nature made the stay exotic! Thank you for hosting us! We recommend it!

Great Place to Stay in, beautiful scenery, very clean.

There were small issues with the keys during check-in, fortunately Ms. Dagmar was communicative and resolved everything with me within 20 minutes. The apartment was beautifully cleaned and well-maintained. Great location near FN Lochotín (I recommend to all state medics). Thank you so much for everything:)

Charming apartment with a nice view of the lake. Easy access from the highway and close to the city downtown.

If it would be possible to give more then 5*, then this would be at 10. Absolut spotless Appartement, the best I have been in Plzen in the last 7 months!!! A real diamant in Plzen!!!

best location in pilsen! (and large window is soundproofed, so noise from square isn't a problem.) comfy bed, great shower water pressure, safe and central location. loved my stay here.

The apartment exceeded much of my expectations, was very well decorated. The view over look the garden was very peaceful and beautiful. It had everything needed. Groceries, supermarket and restaurants were very close to walk to. Petr and his family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would love to return one day!

The apartment was a great retreat for our long weekend in Pilsen. It’s in a good, central location—bars, cafés, public transport, and sights are all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and located in a beautiful, quiet building. Katerina was always quick to respond and helpful whenever we had questions. Communication was easy and friendly throughout. I would stay here again next time.

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is a super extra and has greatly enriched our stay. There were four of us and there were plenty of dishes and chairs. For more than 6 people it would be very tight at the table. The water in the apartment is probably drinkable. But since we didn't like the taste, we only used it for tea and for cooking and just bought bottles to drink. The location of the apartment is great: Skodaland with disc golf, mini golf, etc. 5 minutes walk away, very quiet, lake within walking distance, but also in 7 minutes by car in downtown. So the best of both worlds :). We highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back :).

Bohan was very helpful and provided anything I needed. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Beroun bus/train station so Prague, Plzen etc are easily accessible. Good value for money, I would be happy to stay again.
