Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Chosen for a visit to Rome, it turned out to be great for staying in a quiet neighborhood. By car you can reach the Metro parking lots, we used the Tiburtina one and in a few minutes we arrived at the Colosseum. Tidy loft and for friendly people.

Rome is an amazing city and the studio apartment is conveniently located very close to the Metro and bus station. It had all the amenities we required, Barbara is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

The flat is exactly as described, even down to the temperamental hot water - you need to be patient as it may go cold but will come back hot. It’s very quiet despite being near a busy road and very convenient for metro and bus service. Good supermarket within 5 mins walking. Electric shutters to keep out sun and light if needed.

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

A small oasis of peace. This charming cottage is located in a peaceful area, along the ruins of a beautiful aqueduct. My stay was, as I imagined, very pleasant. Special mention for Francesca, Manlio's daughter, who welcomed me warmly and did me a favor as soon as I arrived. I fully recommend it!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼
