Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im kleinen Paradies von Massimiliano. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Ein traumhaft schöner Ort mit traumhaften Blick von oben auf La Spezia, den Hafen und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Hier kann man Ruhe finden und ausspannen. Außerdem ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und die andere Umgebung. Das Appartement ist ein kleiner Palazzo. Das große Grundstück ist wunderschön. Es gibt zusätzlich eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit großer Terrasse. Für Frühstück wird gesorgt. Die gute Seele Silvia backt ständig super leckere Kuchen. Massimilano kümmert sich um alle Belange und ist ein super Gastgeber. Alles in allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft.

Ottima soluzione per un weekend di relax e degustazione di vini! Host simpatici gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento molto carino e pulito, riscaldamento funzionante e coperte calde! Siamo state bene. Se posso dare un consiglio: i cuscini sono parecchio duri, non comodissimi ecco, inoltre la porta “chiusa a chiave” in soggiorno non ci dava molta tranquillità.. ma tutto sommato ottimo soggiorno!! :)

Lorenzo’s is a comfortable and very clean ground floor apartment with the bonus of a nice terrace with table and chairs and a parking space. It’s a quiet leafy area just outside the city walls but the old city was easily walkable in about 10 minutes. There are local shops and a big supermarket even closer. Lorenzo was super responsive at all points of contact. Thank you Lorenzo.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Wir hatten uns aktiv dafür entschieden außerhalb von Lucca zu bleiben und dafür war die Wohnung super. Elisa war sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sauber, der Außenbereich war sehr schön und gepflegt und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Staying here was a perfect choice for us! It’s a great location - only 5 minutes away from the La Spezia Centrale, so it is easy to visit whole Cinque Terre and even whole Liguria. The place was very clean and pretty, instructions were very clear and there was everything that you could’ve think of needing - even an iron (which not every place guarantee). The host was very responsive, answered all the question almost immediately and very nice! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it:)

Wir wurden freundlich von Angelo empfangen. Er hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tip's rund um die Umgebung versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar und auch vor Ort. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein perfekter Ort zum erholen. Der Pool war fantastisch und der Garten war sehr gepflegt und man konnte wunderbar relaxen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Wasserfall in der Nähe. Indem man gut baden gehen konnte. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto um ins nächste Dorf zu gelangen. Vom Appartement bis nach La Spezia braucht man etwa 1 Stunde und nach Pisa ca. 1,5 Stunden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. We are very thankful for the stay and Lara’s help during our journey. Thank you for your kindness. We’ll definitely come back next year :) Grazie

Nous avons été accueilli par Massimo, une personne d'une grande gentillesse, généreuse, qui a le souci du bien-être de ses hôtes et qui se rend disponible pour répondre aux demandes.. La maison de plein pied , est spacieuse, très propre, joliment aménagée.. Beaucoup de charme.. Très bien équipée, nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.. La petite terrasse dans le prolongement de la cuisine a été très appréciée.. La situation géographique, bien pratique pour visiter la Ligurie et une partie de la Toscane.. Et puis Massimo a de bonnes adresses à partager.. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous conseillons vivement cette maison. Encore merci à Massimo pour son accueil bienveillant..

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Das alte Steinhaus von Sabrina und Massimo ist sehr schön hergerichtet worden. Es ist gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Da wir grosses Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir die Laube im Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Ausblick, den Garten und den Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Ein Tipp von uns wäre noch, dass an der Eingangstür und den Schlafzimmerfenstern noch Fliegengitter angebracht werden könnten, dann wäre das Lüften einfacher ohne, dass es abends überall krabbelt. Ausserdem ist zu erwähnen, dass es direkt nebenan ein Haus gibt, das wohl selten genutzt wird, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt die letzte Nacht bewohnt war. Für alle, die absolute Ruhe suchen, wäre das vielleicht schwieriger. Für uns war es jedoch keinen Stern Abzug wert, da wir am nächsten Tag ohnehin abgereist sind. Sabrina und Massimo sind fantastische Gastgeber, die da sind, wenn es Hilfe braucht, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent accueil, l’hôte s’est rendue disponible à toutes nos attentes par messages. Logement impeccable, fonctionnel (il y a Netflix), spacieux. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement ☺️

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

Matteo est un super hôte, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec sa maman. Il nous a donné des conseils très utiles pour notre séjour. la place de parking est un plus non négligeable. les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournis. l'appartement est idéalement situé par rapport à la rue animé de la Spezia et de la gare. Aucun bruit dans la résidence, tout était calme. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable, merci beaucoup Matteo

Adriana is a lady... courteous and very helpful. The building is incredible....the first Art Nouveau building in La Spezia. Apartment had great attention to detail : it was the top floor...but don't worry there is a very authentic lift. Our balcony afforded incredible views over La Spezia. It is approx 10min walk from station , from which you can travel alllll over

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Une perle rare... L'appartement est très grand, confortable, muni de tout le nécessaire. Mais c'est surtout Fulvio et son accueil chaleureux qui nous donneront les meilleurs souvenirs de La Spezia.
