Beacon View Annex

A tiny house as described - comfortable and cosy. equipped with what we needed for a wintry 3 night stay, not least the woodburner which heats the space up very quickly (with plenty wood available). It’s a great location for walks - plenty paths and up and around the South Downs and two good pubs in Ditchling which were very welcome in windy, wet weather.

Cosy stylish cottage nr Ferry,train,beach,fishing

Lovely cosy place – very clean and well looked after, but with a comfy, homely feeling. Terrie was super helpful, and we felt very welcome. We found both the easy access to public transport and the on-street parking handy. It's a great spot for access to coastal walks, and nearby Seaford has some lovely places to eat. Highly recommended!

Beautiful modern private studio with garden

KarinRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I stayed here for 5 weeks for work purposes. Although I spent most weekdays away at work, I found the garden very enjoyable and I especially appreciated the privacy and quietness. Easy access to various buses. I also walked to the city centre a few times and returned by bus (didn't realise in my previous visits how hilly Brighton is!!!

144 Norton Cottage - rural location

LukeRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This is a gem of an air BnB. We were unlucky with the weather (massive storms the whole time of our stay), but we still had a great time. Absolutely perfect for a family or small group who want a peaceful break that is still very near to Seaford and not far from Eastbourne and Brighton. The rural location makes it perfect to explore the South downs right from your doorstep, plus Cuckmere Haven the Seven Sisters, Friston Forest and the Ouse river. I imagine in the summer you'd sit in the outdoor spaces for outside living. While we were there in December, in terrible weather so we got all cosy around the log fire. Rachel is a great host who helped with our questions.
