Everything was great, Tatiana was very friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. The place is clean, true to the descriptions and photos of the listing, and very close to the main beach and downtown. In short, 100% recommended.

It exceeded my expectations, a cozy, clean, quiet cabin and a wonderful view of the sea, with a house full of beautiful flowers, Mrs. Ana is very calm with a beautiful little dog.

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.

Excellent cabin, it's the same as in the photos, a spacious place for the whole family. The host responded every time we needed him and fixed a situation immediately.

We loved our stay. It was 2 adults and a small dog. The dog had plenty of space to run outside and exercise. The home was wonderful and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. The neighbors were great. We would walk the dog through the neighborhood and everyone was friendly. We had one of the neighbors over multiple times for wine and great conversation.

Beautiful house, excellent condominium, very entertaining to go with family. The view of the beach is a 10, I would be happy to go back.
