The place is just like the photos, and it's very close to everything in Penha. You can walk to Beto Carrero and the beach. If you want to go to other beaches, it is very fast by car. Very quiet and safe. If you want to make breakfast it's good to take some things from home, but if you want to buy, there's a wholesaler next door and a bakery 5 minutes' walk. Take your linens, dryer, soap and towels for an even quieter stay. We would definitely return.

The apartment is beautiful, more beautiful than in the Photos. The condominium is quite complete. The part of the pools are excellent. The beach itself I would not return with the children as I found it very agitated. But the apartment itself is great!

We had a great weekend staying at Rafael's apartment. The apartment is as described in the listing and photos. Everything you need for a good stay is in the apartment. The condominium is spacious, it is on the seafront. Swimming pools (adults and children), playground for children, quiet and safe place for families. I would recommend and would return at another opportunity.

We really liked the stay and the apartment, we only stayed one night, but we wanted to stay longer. We had only one problem to enter the condominium because it seems that the security guards had not communicated with each other, but we called Solange and she answered right away and helped us. Clean, spacious and very beautiful apartment.

wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . This was my first AirBnb reservation, the photos were my reference and upon arrival, in addition to the good service from the host, the property is much better than the photos, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return again, safe location, quiet beach, exactly what I was looking for.

Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and you're already by the beach. It has chairs, a sunshade and a cart to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

Apartment with barbecue area, elevator and common areas great for use. The host was always very cordial, responded quickly and was very helpful, assisted us in everything. The apartment met our expectations, well equipped, including useful accessories for the location. Close to the beach, bakery and other places.

Our stay in Penha was sensational. We had a great experience in the apartment. Very quiet place, very familiar, super safe, clean and comfortable. For the apartment, I suggest only the acquisition of an airfryer, in the most is super complete. I took a few clothes and was able to wash everything in the apartment itself. The hostess always responded to us promptly, is very charismatic and helpful. We are super comfortable. One suggestion for Airbnb hosts is to assemble small "kitchen kits" and make it available for guests to purchase, like: 500 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil, 100 grams of coffee. Small things for small meals because sometimes if we shop at the supermarket it will waste it later. Speaking of buying, it has everything close to the apartment. You can do several things on foot. the beach is a 10 minute walk and you can use uber for everything if you are without a car like us. Thank you, Cynthia!

Upon arrival we already felt at home, cozy, clean and extremely smelling apartment. Everything corresponded to the listing. Always very helpful and polite. It was definitely worth it.

My stay was wonderful. The space is large and well organized. Plenty of bed linens, as well as towels. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The water filter is the gallon one and the guest needs to provide it upon arrival, but for emergencies there is a 24-hour convenience store in the condominium. The condominium gives access to the beach and it is great.
