5th Heaven: Quartier Latin Studio

Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Vincennes 45 Guest House

Relax in this studio guest house, 2 steps from the woods, the chateau de Vincennes and only 5 minutes walk from the metro line 1 connecting to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. You will reach your independent accommodation by a wrought iron staircase and you will be able to sleep in a bed under mezzanine, in a new and quality bedding. The accommodation measures 15 square meters, plus the mezzanine bed, is entirely renovated and contains everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay.

The castle farm

The castle farm is located in Breilly, 10 km from the city center of Amiens. In the middle of nature and away from traffic and noise, you will be peaceful! The property is at the end of a driveway of century-old lime trees. The fully renovated independent gîte is located in the main body of the 19th century farmhouse. The farm currently houses a horse boarding facility. The 75 m² cottage with 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. A crib and high chair on request.

Beaurepaire, charming guest house in Champagne

Between vineyard and forest, in a shaded park, we welcome you in a typical Champagne house whose annex has been fitted out for your comfort. It is independent of the house and opens onto a large garden where you can rest and have lunch while listening to the sound of the fountain and stream. You can take walks in the vineyard and in the forest. Epernay and its famous Champagne cellars are a 15-min drive away, Reims is 40 min away and Paris is 1 hour away by train.

In the front row to observe the wildlife of the garden, the river, and to take a good bath of greenery!! 70 m2 cottage, terrace opens onto a large wooded and flowery property, detached house, not overlooked. Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. Along a bike path, a fishing trail, and at the crossroads of many hikes!

There is a 3-seater Hotspring Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, a giant screen, a kitchen area, a king size bed (180 x 200), a curved TV with Nintendo Switch, a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Molotov, board games... will be present to complete your jacuzzi and sauna sessions

We welcome you to our independent annex studio, a recently renovated and isolated chalet, in the heart of our garden, in the shade of a large oak tree. Located in the town of Disneyland, in Coupvray, in a residential area, 800 m from Esbly train station allowing you to go, among other things: - to Disneyland Paris by bus (Transdev line 2261 and line 2262, SNCF line N141) in 20 minutes - to Paris (Gare de l'Est) by Transilien train line P in 30 minutes.

Charming studio perfectly furnished and refurbished intended only for rental. It is located in the courtyard (for the owners' use) of our main house, however you will not be disturbed! It is very easy to access, check-in is independent through a key box closed by a code. Orly Airport is a 10-minute drive, close to RER C station – Choisy-le-Roi (10 minutes' walk or bus), Créteil Pompadour – RER D station (15 minutes' bus ride)

You will be a few minutes' walk from the CHAMPS-ELYSÉES, the OPERA, MONTMARTRE or the BANKS of the SEINE. Close to Gare St Lazare, with quick and easy access to all of Paris! Many restaurants, supermarkets and 4 metro stations within a 2-minute walk.
