We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

We stayed with Daniela for the second time because everything is just beautiful and you feel completely comfortable. It doesn't get any better🥰

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)

This quiet little escape was exactly what we needed —the serene and verdant backdrop were the perfect setting for our weekend. We hired a car so we could easily make our way around the region. We absolutely hope to be back!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. We absolutely loved our stay at Michele’s place! The Airbnb is truly unique and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the kitchen window was absolutely breathtaking! Communication was smooth and easy, and the cozy village atmosphere made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We have not tried how easy it would be to get around here with public transport, but we do not imagine it to be so easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). Como town is 1.5 hours away, and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Bed comfortable, bathroom pleasant. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his cell phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

We went as a couple and the house was simply spectacular, ideal for a romantic getaway. It exceeded all our expectations. Each corner is thought out with a lot of detail and affection, and that can be seen from the first moment. The environment is wonderful, perfect to rest and enjoy nature. We felt very comfortable throughout your stay. We highly recommend it!

This was our second stay, and definitely not our last. Maurizio was responsive and kind as ever, helping us out beyond what many other hosts would do. The flat itself is perfect for two people. Each time has been with my mum who has accessibility needs. There is only one step in the property and that is the front door. The shower is walk-in, and the bed is of high quality. The bedroom does not receive much daylight, so is the coolest room in the property (a blessing when the weather gets warmer). The castle is in prime location, 1 minute walk to the small, free beach. There are several benches scattered around - good for those that struggle to sit on the ground. We ate several times at La Porta Verde, a small café that do incredible paninis and pinsa. There is work undergoing near the property. Overall, noise was not that noticeable, mainly because we were out for the day. They do start working between 7:45-8:30, but generally quiet (no noise at all if at the beach).
