We had a lovely stay at Allyson's apartment. We felt right at home as soon as we entered and were very comfortable throughout the entirety of our stay. Allyson was a superb host who was very friendly and reactive. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was one of my best airbnb experiences. The apartment was very thoroughly designed, it felt specious and well organised. Everything you could potentially need was there- kitchen appliances, even some spices and washing powder. Every detail was very thoughtful. Area and hire is beautiful, easy to find and there are nice places to see around. Host was very friendly and responsive. In fact I liked it so much, I’ve booked additional night. Absolutely recommended and will come back if I’m around

This is a beautifully appointed villa with unique and really special mid-century decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are better than they look in the photos. You are perched on a hilltop in a nice residential area, but there is plenty of privacy. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the villa. What is even more special about this place was the host. Andrea was incredibly gracious with his time and recommendations. If you are looking for an Emilia Romagna countryside stay, I would highly recommend. You need a car, but day trips to Modena, Bologna, and Parma are very do-able. We explored parmesan cheese making, balsamic vinegar production, and of course wine! The Ferarri Museum is also fairly close by and there is wonderful food everywhere!

Great place and an exceptional owner! The apartment is very well located, equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. It is worth staying here for a longer time, feeling the atmosphere of this region and seeing many wonderful places, historic towns, exploring mountain trails and trying delicious cuisine. Margherita is very kind and helpful, you can quickly contact her in any matter you need. We will come back here again!

Great location of the property, located in a quiet area of Rastignano, friendly host.

We had a lovely stay at Piero’s place. It has a feeling of a grandmother’s house, which makes it warm and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth. Gladiola welcomed us with her lovely pie. Very clean space, good heating, stably warm water, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with extra duvets, which we indeed needed. I would have loved a couch for more comfort, but this is totally our own personal preference (it was not listed as an item of the house anyway). Thank you, we look forward to coming back again!

We had such a lovely stay in Bologna! Paolo’s place was perfect for what we needed and I would recommend to anyone. Central and easy to get to buses and the train station, combined with all the amenities in the apartment, it made our trip even more relaxing. We felt right at home- very clean and spacious apartment. Paolo went above and beyond to meet us and make us comfortable. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rocco who helped with our luggage and showed us everything we’d need to know. They go above and beyond and we quickly felt right at home. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The decor is so warm, and the cottage-like feel was quiet and peaceful even though the main attractions of Bologna are right around the corner. You’re literally right in the heart of everything and it was wonderfully convenient to get outside, walk across the street, and be in the center of Piazza Maggiore. We’ve been traveling around Italy and fell in love with Bologna, largely due to the experience we had with Rocco and Simona’s home. Couldn’t recommend it more!
