Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

The location was nice, the grocery store was close, the local restaurants were close, and I was satisfied overall. I was on Airbnb for the first time The host is quick to respond. They guided me well.

Spacious and big apartment in the heart of Thao Dien. A good size kitchen and 2 bathrooms make this a great space. Thao Dien is a good area to stay away from the hustle and bustle of D1, there are plenty of walkable restaurants, both Vietnamese and international. Felix was extremely responsive, and allowed me an early check in, as my flight arrived early. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response from him. Overall a good experience, and I will be back on my next visit.

We had a very good stay, the apartment has 3 bed rooms, and 2 bath, with a huge living room, and a big flat screen tv, where we enjoy watching movies and listening to some new songs on youtube. Also has a big area for kitchen and dining. The house is clean, nice and cute. I love the design, and it is very convenient because the apartments have a supermarket in the 1st floor. We didnt meet Nancy, our host, because she was in another city, but her friend took us to the apartment and her sister came to get the key back, they were friendly and nice. Our host kept good contact thru phone and message. She is very helpful and responsive. Overall, we are so pleased with the stay, the place, the atmosphere, and host :D Highly recommended !!!

The House Manager was super! Answering questions and anything so quickly, and very flexible and accommodating.

this was our second stay at the villa and we enjoyed it a lot. Ms Hau the housekeeper was super helpful and brought us supplies that we forgot to bring. One tip: the restaurant in the Sanctuary is availablefor dine in and room service delivery. it is located at the reception near the main entrance. they also sell a few things at the reception (alcohol, salt, pepper, oil, ice cream, snacks etc)

Great host, always helpful and proactive! L qexaltnb x butler for us to clean and support. overall, it was an amazing experience with family, the only downside was weak wifi sometimes, but it was like that in the whole resort. Location and resort were incredible ... will be happy to visit again.
