We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. I am really happy to stay in Victor's apartment in Khao Yai. He is attentive to our needs. Whenever we message him, he responded promptly. Victor is friendly and hospitable to host us at his place. I really enjoyed the stay together with my family. The view from the apartment is spectacular and we have a memorable experience.

Beautiful condo on the ground floor located in a quiet area not far from Pakchong and around 20 mins from Khao Yai. The place is quite new inside a residential estate with a hotel and condo building together. The room is clean, modern and spacious with a very large spa tub too. The room has a large patio area overlooking the pool and the natural surrounding. Khun Vaya has been a responsive and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay at her place and would recommend it for other guests visiting Khao Yai area.

Place is set in a very beautiful and quiet area. 5 to 15 minutes to very nice Cafes. Place is extremely well stocked especially the kitchen. Bedding and towels are top notch. Pool was very well maintained during our stay. The grounds are huge and kept very clean.Sarah was quick to respond.

A perfect break from the city, we both slept so well here. The rooms are unique, offering a quiet and cosy atmosphere. Cute place for relaxing and the staff are very attentive. We had a lovely sunset sky too. The green curry is delishious - a must have if ordering off the cafe menu. A few friends staying here together would be awesome 😎👍🏼.

The place was decorated perfectly and had enough space for a big family to bond. Recommend an evening in with cooking!

This was an amazing place to stay! We loved being on the river, laying in the hammock over the water with fish beneath us and plants floating by. The breakfast was beyond expectations! We also took the boat ride and fed the elephants, so much fun! We would definitely come back !!!

Perfect house with the perfect view. Very serene and calm place. The views from both the front and the back of the house are breathtaking. Even though, we are in the dry season, the mountains are very beautiful. The garden is well maintained with beautiful trees and bushes that have been handpicked. The house itself is high quality and architecturally built. A lot of living rooms to fit all needs. The kitchen is large and have more than what you need. There are maids available 12 hours a day that you can ask (for small fees) to help with clearing dishes, buying things at the stores and set up tables etc. You can call them on walkie-talkie. The pool is large and clean. Highly recommended.
