Nice Hotel and Apartment

This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

Modem 1BR Suite Balcony

We had a really great stay! The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and had everything we needed for our week here. There are a few small supermarkets and restaurants nearby and otherwise there are always enough tuk tuks on site to go further into town. In addition, our host Anna was super helpful and always answered quickly. And not to forget: An absolute highlight was the stunning view over Phnom Penh from the apartment, as it is located on the 44th floor. Thank you very much - we always like to come back when we are in Phnom Penh in the future!

Entire Unit in brand new Condo Complex w/ Pool

PeterRating, 5 stars16 months ago
My 275 square foot room was located on the seventh floor of a 13-story, 100-room hotel in a dodgy area of town where petty crimes against tourists are common (multiple personal experiences). However, security inside the hotel was assured by a 24/7 manned reception desk and dozens of video cameras pointed in every direction. Sleeping in was limited by daylight and adjacent housekeeping noises. The floor was hard marble but the 70 inch wide bed was quite comfortable. A/C, frig, and shower worked fine. Internet download speed was 40 Mbps. Pool and gym located in the building. First-class in-house laundry @ $1 USD/pound for 24 hour service.

Condo Studio Room

GrigoryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My stay in this apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket where you can buy groceries or ready-made food. Additionally, the building has a small food court and several cafés where you can have a meal, drink tea or coffee, or enjoy other beverages. Pannarith was a very welcoming and extremely polite host. He was a great help in getting me settled, as this was my first visit to Cambodia. He provided all the necessary and very simple instructions on how to check in and use the appliances in the apartment. He also gave me useful recommendations, such as which SIM card to get or which app to use for booking taxis. Additionally, he told me about the places around the condominium, making it much easier for me to get familiar with the area. I recommend this apartment!
