I really enjoyed Vibol's apartment, it's modern, spacious and comfortable. It's very central to the Riverside area, with many restaurants / bars nearby. And given the location, I found the outside noise minimal (as far as PP goes anyways). The stairs to access the apartment are wide, well lit and have sturdy handrails (which is not always common in Khmer apartments). The view over the park / Palace is also very nice. Vibol was pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. I'd be happy to stay again, thanks. 😊

The best place in the city. Totally recommended! For me this place is a little magic paradise. Pros: 1. The apartment is spacious! It looks exactly like in the photos. I specifically like the big window area. 2. The traditional fashion furniture style , which I like it very much. 3. I like the greens outside the windows, definitely recommend to those like natures. 4. It’s close to everything. Left side you can go to Aeon mall, and little extra walk to the china town. Right side you go to the food street. 5. I love the vibes here, sometimes people come here play music and choir it’s peaceful and magical. 6. No cockroach 🪳! Which is fantastic. + the owner is friendly who helped scanning lots documents. And the kitchen equipment is all set, although I didn’t use them. Cons: there’s no TV, which is fine be my but in case someone need. Sometime there will be few mosquitoes, but understandable since the garden there.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this lovely condo in Phnom Penh. It truly felt like a home away from home, with great attention to detail throughout. The space was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the views of the Mekong River were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset! The host was incredibly nice and very responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool—such a great place to relax and take in the city views. Just a heads-up, there's an $11 charge to use the pool, but I found it well worth it. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed stay in the heart of Phnom Penh!

Very comfortable, accommodation in high-rise tower in the country capital. Great amenities, especially the gym and the pool were marvelous. Communication with David was easy and quick. Views of the city and the river from the high floor were beautiful. Lots of small shops and services in the immediate vicinity. Large shopping mall and grocery only 10 minute walk. But Grab rides are efficient, fast to arrive, and very affordable. Would stay again!

Cozy apartment very well equipted, in an excellent location. Falicities of the building are great and you can even have breakfast or dinner at the roof terrace at a very reasonable price. Communication with Jasmine has been smooth and clear. We recommend this apartment!

I've stayed at The Peak numerous times in the past and it's by far my favourite building to stay at in this specific area of Phnom Penh. The gym is amazing and the other amenities of the building are top notch. I don't use the pool too often but they're good and they're fairly empty at preferable times of day. The area is kind of different from the rest of PP (it's basically chinatown) but as long as you're fine taking a taxi or walking medium distances to go other places, then it's probably the best building you're going to find in the entire city. Emma was a really helpful host. She responded quickly whenever I had questions and had the cleaning people come quickly when I requested them.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s not right in the city center, but that’s exactly what made it so special. The location offers a more authentic Cambodian experience, surrounded by a quiet, safe neighborhood and a friendly local community. We loved exploring the nearby street market and experiencing daily life in a more relaxed setting. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group. Everyone we met—both within the condo and in the neighborhood—was incredibly welcoming. A highlight of our stay was being invited to join the Cambodian New Year celebrations with local neighbors. It was such a memorable and heartwarming experience that made us feel truly at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a genuine local vibe, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for families!

Great host. The AC in the living room didn’t work so after we told them, in few hours it was fixed. Michael is very friendly and helpful. Also great spot if you’re looking for real Cambodian street food at night. We enjoyed our overall stay at la Belle Residence 👍🏻

Great stay, would come back. I liked the daily cleaning, bright street at night, convenient access to shops supermarkets restaurants and small bars, strong Wi-Fi, good water pressure and hot water, washing machine in the room, staff sat downstairs over night for security, easy check in and room extension, comfortable bed. A lovely apartment with a serene pool area that offers a much-needed escape from the craziness that is Phnom Penh. The apartment has a great balcony, decent internet, and a big dining room and kitchen. It's also a fairly central location -- near a big supermarket, a bunch of awesome restaurants, a cool independent movie house (Flicks -- check it out for sure) and an AWESOME Khmer boxing gym (Selapak -- which I'd also recommend checking out, even if you've never done fighting before). The staff was WONDERFUL -- super friendly doormen and housekeepers who made my stay a joy. The host is responsive, and helped me out with my requests for extra cooking equipment. Highly recommend!
