This place is so warm and cozy in a nice secluded spot! We had a great time here! And Miss Ann is the sweetest human! 😊

We’ve stayed at Ginny’s place multiple times and consider it our home away from home. Her place is always spotless and she is very accommodating. The property is quiet, serene, and very scenic. The house is roomy, has 2 bedrooms, and flexibility for additional guests. The kitchen is stocked well and has come in handy when preparing food for our tailgates.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our one night stay! We were visiting my sister who lived only 18 minutes away so Pam's place was very convenient. I love being away from the hustle and bustle, so the remote location was exactly what we wanted. Most noticeable also (and really appreciated!) was how clean the place was. It's obvious Pam takes pride in her place. Also something not mentioned is that the place has radiant floor heating!!! This made the inside beautifully warm despite the below freezing temps outside. Pam had made muffins and since we missed dinner, they were truly appreciated. We had only one very small glitch which Pam was quick to rectify. I enjoyed talking to her on the phone, even though our conversation was brief. It was the PERFECT size and location for our family visit. Would Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I stopped for a night at Michael’s place on our way to New York. He was extremely helpful with communication and directions, and provided a clean, sweet, homey place to crash!

Great place wish I had more time to enjoy it

Wow! Andy’s place was amazing! Stunningly clean, well organized. Thoughtfully thought out! So comfortable! Andy was so responsive and helpful! He felt like an old friend. Beds were super comfortable and sheets were so nice! Really loved it. Only regret is we did not have enough time to go tromp around the property! Hope everyone that stays there helps keep it so nice for the next guest to enjoy! Top it off they left us a personel note telling us to enjoy our stay!

We stayed here for a night so we could catch a couple different Penn State games over the weekend. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend for anyone in town for a weekend. Easy drive to State College!

Carrie’s place was comfortable and in such a beautiful setting! The beds were so comfortable, and everything was super clean. Very quiet setting and a great night’s sleep on comfortable mattresses. Carrie was a great hostess and quick to respond to questions. Her recommendation of Brother’s Pizza was spot on for a quick meal before heading to our concert at Bryce Jordan, which was an easy, quick drive from the Airbnb. A wonderful stay and one we will definitely use again!

This is our 2nd visit to the Cozy cabin, and enjoyed it even more this time with the beautiful fall leaf colors! We visited 2 local sites, which was a nice balance with 2 small children (less than a 30 minute drive). The space was perfect for our family- and afforded privacy in the house when needed! Very accommodating that we didn’t have to pack all the normal toddler stuff, with having filtered water and a portable crib on site. Will has always been responsive anytime we needed to contact him. We’ll be back!
