We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.
