The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

The host is friendly, the accommodation provided is also excellent, the property is located in a quiet and uninterrupted community, about 10 minutes from the sea and the city by car.I love the small balcony, and you can see the mountains and the sea in the fresh air!Didn't use the pool this time and it looked like it had a water slide and would like to stay again next time.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

This is a perfect condo for those who are looking to stay in the center of Pattaya with everything close at hand, yet still value peace, quiet, and safety. The photos are spot on accurate. Bualai understands her responsibilities and responds quickly. Small issues are handled within hours, not days. The washing machine in the bathroom and the drying rack on the balcony are great conveniences. 7-11s and a western-style supermarket are within easy walking distance. Overall, I have no problem giving this apartment a 5 star rating, as well as the host.

Joe's place was perfect to explore the area. The Airbnb is in a quiet area and is walking distance from the beach. Would definitely stay again.
