Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pham Ngu Lao

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. Pros: It's like a newly built or recently remodeled accommodation. The room conditions and cleanliness are very good. The host's feedback was also quick. There are only 3 rooms in the building, so it's private, and it's quiet even though it's near the 1st ward. It's a great place to stay for the price. Cons: The water pressure is weak on the 3rd floor.

We stayed in this Airbnb for almost a week and had a great stay. The location is very central and you can reach everything from there. The balcony on the 5th floor was also a highlight!

We‘ve loved staying here. It does look exactly like in the pictures and communication was super fast! Things got fixed super fast, everyone was soooo flexible! Enjoyed it a lot and thanks so much for hosting us!

My friends and I had a great stay here. The condo was full of amenities and neat. We were also impressed with the view that we stayed in and services that the host had offered. Will definitely be back in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and felt like home. We especially liked the building itself having access to the gym, pool, and play areas was a big bonus. District 4 turned out to be a great spot, just a few minutes to District 1 but way less hectic. It was easy to grab food or drinks nearby, and the area felt safe and quiet in the evenings. Tony and Bella were great hosts and made everything super easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

We were lucky enough to stay a week in this wonderful studio. The view of the city is very beautiful, there are two parks nearby, a 24/7 laundry and shops. Very conveniently located, we liked everything

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Lots of restaurant around. Near the war museum and TPBank atm which is said to have the best rates when withdrawing money using international cards. I only stayed during the day because I used it as a transit accommodation while waiting for my flight but everything was great.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.
