It is located on a fenced in 1/2 acre well-maintained lot. Private lower deck for barbecuing or just relaxing after a long day around a propane fire pit. Lots of Parking and RV's welcomed. There is a door bell cam on my door NOT the apartment door camera on the sec garage NO view of lower deck. Come and Enjoy our beautiful island we call home!

We were in town for the ECMA’s which made this the perfect location. Only a few minute drive from downtown and it was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get a good night sleep. We didn’t have a lot of time for exploring, luckily Signal Hill is really close by and Quidi Vidi is about a 10min drive. We really enjoyed staying here! Checking in and out was smooth and even though you’re close to other houses it’s very quiet. The owners offered an early check-in on the day of, unfortunately we were still too far away to take advantage of the offer, but it was a nice gesture. Would stay here again without hesitation!
