Charming condo in the heart of Petropolis in the historic Quitandinha palace. Great experience!

It was my first time in Petrópolis. And this accommodation was a find! I found the right person and the right place at the right time. It was all amazing. Wagner's support and treatment elevated the level of the experience. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Very helpful, incredible energy, willing to help. The room then, my god!!! My friends and I felt at home. Clean, spacious, thought out in every detail. There were 3 of us, we managed to settle in and get along QUIETLY. An impeccable view of the Lake, a few minutes walk to the famous Lago Sul steakhouse. Apart from the experience that takes place in Quintandinha itself. You don't even have to go far to have a good time, just get off the elevator and there's: a swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurants, cafeterias. We were very satisfied! We already have a place to return to, people to count on and we will recommend it a lot!

The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

Great value for the money, busy street full of restaurants and shops, we walked around there and Clara recommended a very good bakery! Our host always responded very quickly and made us feel very comfortable! The accommodation has a great space, everything working properly and very clean! We love it and plan to come back more often!

Hot Apartment with a Wonderful View! Exactly as in the pictures. Vanessa was a cute one, replied quickly and was flexible at Check in. A VISTA É SENSACIONAL and the barbecue on the balcony was a delight with the wind of the Guanabara Bay. Amei !!!

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re planning a trip to Petrópolis, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodation is amazing, from the organization to the incredible view of Lake Quintandinha. The space is very well equipped, Carla is very helpful, she gave clear instructions, recommendations of places. We really like to stay.

The place is great and has a beautiful view! The location is great and the loft is very cozy and pleasant. The village served me and my family perfectly.

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

We were delighted, everything very well decorated, new and cozy, it seemed like we were in paradise. Location with a wonderful landscape, and full of colorful plants, all according to the photos. Mr. José was always very attentive, not to mention Hara, who made all the difference during our stay, we fell in love with her. We'll be back again and again for sure.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

The house is great, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, closets, 2 of which are en-suites. Integrated living room and kitchen, all with extremely good taste and attention to detail. Equipped kitchen, everything works perfectly. The condominium is beautiful, with lakes, waterfall, swimming pools, soccer field. Safe and very quiet, lots of peace and quiet. Katia welcomed us with joy and was always very kind, helpful, flexible at check-in and attentive. We love and will surely return!

The house is very spacious, comfortable and cozy! It has a beautiful look. It only fell short because the shower's hot water tank couldn't accommodate 8 guests taking hot showers one after the other!

My stay at Guilherme's house was with family for a birthday celebration. The house accommodated a large group of more than 20 people well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house has several refrigerators to accommodate drinks etc. The pool has a slide for all ages, but it's great for kids. The outdoor area is great! The great spectacle of the house is the view of Dedo de Deus, which is really stunning!!!! Host Guilherme is very friendly, proactive and available :) Finally, it was a wonderful weekend in this house with this amazing view!

The apartment is great. Aconchegante and everything you need to spend the weekend. The electronic lock is very practical, you don't have to worry about carrying keys. Julio, the owner, gave us all the instructions for use of the apartment and was always on standby to answer the messages. Very friendly. The condominium is delicious. It has a restaurant, pool, sauna and hot pool area, natural water duchon, river that runs beside, courts.... Anyway, a great option to spend as a family.

We are professors at UFRJ and decided to rent a space near the Fundão island. The idea was to gain mobility to get to a scientific event quickly. The stay was wonderful, the apartment is beautiful! Eddie and Hevelyn became new friends that I wish to have for life. In short, I highly recommend it! 💕💕💕

The accommodation was as described. Cristina was responsive and maintained active communication for any questions. The condominium is quiet and the house was clean and well equipped. The stay is well worth the stay.

It was amazing, the view is beautiful, having breakfast with that landscape was a unique experience, the kitchen utensils were super necessary, super clean and cozy, well equipped. For me, the only negative point was not about the stay but about the parking space in the garage that would need to be paid for or leaving the car in front of the palace, in the open, where there are several parking attendants approaching you inappropriately, but that does not erase the fact that it was perfect.

Perfect apartment for 4 couples, with a highlight being the very fragrant linens and towels. We love your stay!
