Excellent apartment, everything very clean and organized. The host was extremely attentive, the best apartment I've ever been to in this AllSuites condominium. We'll be back for sure.

This was my second time staying at this apartment and, once again, the experience was excellent! The space is super cozy, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The leisure areas, especially the pools, are wonderful and perfect for relaxing. The security of the condominium is also a great advantage, which made me feel even more at ease throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, really without any defects, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The hostess, Monica, is easy to communicate with, always very attentive and careful in every detail to provide the best possible experience for the guest. Without a doubt, a place I recommend without so much as a second thought and to which I intend to return other times!

Very beautiful apartment with amazing view. Ideal place to rest. Excellent condominium, has a restaurant, on weekends, tennis court, soccer field, shower, normal pool and heated pool. There's still a beautiful river. I was very pleased with my stay. It was perfect. I thank Camila for always responding to us quickly as well.

It was amazing, the view is beautiful, having breakfast with that landscape was a unique experience, the kitchen utensils were super necessary, super clean and cozy, well equipped. For me, the only negative point was not about the stay but about the parking space in the garage that would need to be paid for or leaving the car in front of the palace, in the open, where there are several parking attendants approaching you inappropriately, but that does not erase the fact that it was perfect.

The host is very friendly and always responds quickly, she clearly answered all my questions, super clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens, all the necessary kitchen utensils!!! Thank you Monica, whenever I need to I will come back🥰🥰🥰

Paula, always very kind and quick on the return. We got all the attention, was concerned with passing great local tips, with our arrival/departure, and the stay with a whole. The site corresponds with the descriptions, and the structure of the property serves both those who wish to stay longer on the street and those who eat at home. All utensils were clean and functional. Toilets clean and with amenities, by the way the bath soaps were many smells. Clean and neatly tidy towels and bedding. Decoration of good taste, welcoming like in our house. Everything has proven her affection with its heritage and with whom she welcomes there, and we will certainly return again as a family.

We liked it very much. North-facing apartment, gets that winter sun, very good, it makes a difference. Bedroom and living room are spacious, good mattress, good bath, covered garage, great location, practically next to the Viva Itália restaurant, close to the fair, and close to hiking or morning jogging to the overlook of the Soberbo, or trails in Parnaso. Nearby there is a market, greengrocer, bakery and shops. Great restaurants nearby, buffet lunch at Casa Agridoce and Frutos da Terra, and in the evening at Mad Garden, Vila St Gallen, Burrata Bistrô, Viva Itália, etc. Cafes have good options too, all on foot. We'll be back soon.

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! Beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even an airfryer ! She cares about the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, he took care to leave comic books and games like Uno and dominoes, in addition to leaving a blanket specifically for children. I found it to be rich in details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family configuration. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll certainly be back!

Studio 325 is exactly like in the pictures. All very well cared for, new and smelling. It's that place where you really feel at home, all very practical and organized. Andrea from the beginning of the reservation, the date of the checkin and checkout, it was very attentive and helpful... It helped, all the questions. Very satisfied with the stay.
