We had a great stay at Mirko’s place. There were 12 of us and the set up with the large outdoor kitchen was great! There were plenty of bathrooms and enough beds for all of us. It was very private and peaceful with the added bonus of free parking. The wifi and hot water were a little spotty but manageable and Mirko was responsive and helpful. Overall great value and nice location.

We had a wonderful stay in Francesco’s apartment. It is spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It’s an intriguing old building and the apartment has some beautiful original touches - painted vaulted ceilings and stone transoms imbedded in the walls. The location enabled us to easily explore this fascinating city and beyond - by foot, bus, and rail. Lots of food shops and restaurants, bars nearby. It became home during our 9 night stay. Francesco was an excellent host, meeting us promptly at the appointed time, responding to our confusion with the tv, and calling to say goodbye as we had to leave very early in the morning.

From the first day, we felt like this was our home. We got clear instructions to reach the villa, so it was straightforward to drive to the apartment. When we arrived we were warm welcomed by the owners. So it was from the beginning of the vacation a great atmosphere. It was astonishing. The villa has everything you need to spend a nice holiday with friends and family. You can have a barbecue, make your own pizza, spend a whole day in the pool. Everyone has enough private place. The living room has enough space to have great evenings inside the villa. The kitchen has everything you need for a fantastic dinner or breakfast. The beach is close as well as possibilities to buy some groceries. We had such a great support from Francesca, we could reach her every time for support. We felt like we were family members and not only guests. This location is definitely worth to go, don't hesitate to book it.
