mrs. Rosa very nice helps you with the location and the mobilization within the city, the environment has all the basic minibar in case you want to keep food, microwave, etc if someone wants to stay near the hospital iren, honorific delgado is the place indicated

Gabriel was very attentive from start to end of us, the directions were clear, the photos of the place reflect well the place. The house is in front of the pool, the distance to the beach is short, we had a nice family time.

Oscar was super friendly and solved within hours any doubts or inconveniences we had.

The room and common environments were in perfect condition. Also, Patricia and Sosimo were always ready to respond to any concerns. The house is located near the Plaza de Armas and the central market. Highly recommended.

I am very grateful for my stay at the hotel. I traveled with a group of friends and, at all times, the staff was attentive to our well-being, always ready to help us with any questions or concerns. The only thing I could mention as an observation is the stability of the internet, as on some occasions it was a bit unstable. However, if you are looking to disconnect from the city and enjoy a quiet stay without interruptions, this is the ideal place. ✨

Isabel's home was great! The shared spaces are well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. Lourdes, the cleaning lady, comes several times per week and is very friendly. Great deal!

Perfect spot to anchor down in Lima. Walkable to cafes, restaurants, tiendas, stores, and of course only block from the sea. I stayed here with my girlfriend for a month and we wish it were longer. It’s located in a small, gated community with privacy yet also extremely close to a number of neighborhood spots. The place itself was just as described in the photos and very clean upon arrival. Martin was even gracious enough to allow us to extend our trip a few days. 10/10 would recommend.

Roxana’s home was an absolute pleasure to visit and stay in. Her home is artful, clean, and beautifully alive. I felt welcomed by Roxana and her gorgeous space. Everything was as described and shown in the listing and I truly felt at home! Roxana is a wonderful host and any questions you might have she is extremely helpful and kind in answering them. I felt lucky to have met her and to have stayed in this beautiful location. Walking distance from the beach, quiet neighborhood, incredible restaurants nearby. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be staying here again and consider it the place to stay when I visit Lima!

Nancy’s beach house was really beautiful and matches the photos. The house was really spacious and a great temperature throughout (the fans throughout the home were a great addition). I was surprised how close we were to the beach/pool which made things even better. The host was really responsive and made us feel right at home. You can tell that she really cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all your questions answer. Definitely a place I will return with my family.

The place is excellent, the photos are exactly the same as what you find when you arrive, many things to do within the same house and it is in an exceptional location.
