Lola is a great host, available to answer questions. She was particularly helpful with directions to finding the building and flat😀, staying on call whilst we looked for the place. We had a good night sleep over! Would book again!

My mom and I stayed at Rebecca’s beautiful home for a week, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The house is cosy, stylish, and very comfortable—it's a lovely place to relax and spend time in. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, with friendly and respectful neighbours, so there were no disturbances during our stay. The surroundings are scenic and charming, with beautiful views all around. It's also very convenient, just a short walk to the city centre and very close to a bus stop. The heating system works well, keeping the home warm and comfortable. Rebecca herself is a wonderful host, kind, responsive, and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. Both my mom and I loved our time here, and I’m very grateful for the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The attic apartment is wonderful, with windows in every room and a very hot and comfortable shower. However, if you have heavy and large luggage, it might be challenging to stay in the attic due to the effort required to move them up and down. The owner is extremely patient and responsive to all kinds of requests, truly a great person!

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay at this Air Bnb. Host was so helpful even allowed me to stay few hours extra due to my train being delayed would 100% recommend. Property itself is outstanding is as described and was very comfortable, felt like home. If your looking for a place to stay in Birmingham this is the place!

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.

A lovely stay thank you! The place was exactly as the pictures, it had everything we needed with lots of useful amenities. The hosts were so helpful with suggestions for parking etc and were very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in etc. The location is great right in the centre but a quiet apartment, so the best of both! Really great full for the hosts hospitality and for the adjustments that were made to suit us!

This is our second stay at the properties by this host. Both stays were excellent, just as described. The house is cute and comfortable and within a 2-minute walk to the town. There are multiple coffee shops, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores etc., everything you could possibly need.

I booked Karen's place for my friends who recently moved to UK. She was really nice and helpful to them and they enjoyed the time that spent at her place.

Martin & Diane's place was very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a very cute dog. Martin and Diane were kind and attentive without being intrusive. There place have everything that was needed and we were pleased with off road parking. We can recommend their place for a city break or to stay if you are working in Coventry. We will visit again when we are visiting family in the area.

Our stay with Clare was absoloutly amazing. We hadn't quite realized how little the kitchenette was but Clare was very accomodating and even found us a cooker and stove to cook with. They were really good hosts and the farm was beautiful and wonderful for us and our children.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Allen was an excellent host, from meeting us for check in to responding to questions before and during our stay. We loved the location and convenience to grocery, restaurants, all of downtown Coventry, and easy access via bus and train to anywhere beyond.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.
