Monthly Rentals in Perrigny-lès-Dijon

I only stayed one night at Charlene and Rafaël's place. I made the reservation at the last minute and they were thankfully very responsive. The apartment is clean, modern, freshly renovated and comfortable. The couple's check-in instructions were clear. They were friendly and available to any issues. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, right on the wine route. There are new walks to do and the photos I took are sublime. Had a nice stay. Thanks to them!

We were here for one night to explore Dijon with three small children and au pair. Sylvie went out of her way to allow us to check in early, for which we were very grateful. The apartment is rustic, fully equipped and the separate small apartment next door was perfect for our au pair. We didn't find the church bells disturbing at all, rather charming. Great location for exploring Burgundy!

We chose this place for its proximity to the highway on our way south. The apartment is really ideal with a good bakery next door and a Carrefour nearby as well as a park for children to play. The apartment was also very convenient with a large fridge and freezer. Jérémy is very responsive and caring. The only small problem is that the sofa bed makes a lot of noise. The bedding in the room is good if you like hard mattresses.

The photos of Jeremy's place are very accurate. It is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Three bathrooms and 2 toilets are very helpful. Beds are comfortable and it's in a great location for exploring the Cote d'Or. Driving in and out of the entrance from the street is a little challenging with an SUV, but manageable. Jeremy could not have been sweeter or more responsive. He's definitely a wonderful host. Potential guests should know that the showers in the upstairs bathrooms are a bit challenging for very tall people and there's an awkward short top step to the beautiful stairway for those with mobility issues. But besides those caveats, I'd heartily recommend Jeremy and his place. Thanks for a terrific visit!
