Monthly Rentals in Perrache, Lyon

Philippe deserves his Superhost status. His hospitality, good advice on Lyon, availability and the qualities of his apartment (cleanliness, amenities, proximity to transport...) allowed us to have a great weekend in Lyon. The underground parking space is a big advantage for the area. We would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment.

The accommodation was a great value for the money. Denis is very welcoming and provides clear, quick, and objective guidance. The space was very clean and organized, with everything you need for a good stay.

I can't speak highly enough about this place, from location to the apartment itself. Michael was extremely responsive and the apartment was spot on being close to public transport and not far from the centre. I would definitely stay again.
