Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Pernera

Vera is quite interesting, honest, straightforward and modern lady. Communication with her prior to the check-in went pretty smoothly. She was waiting for us at the apartment, even if we were a bit late, as we were using public transport to get there from Larnaca airport. She met us on the street, let us in and offered a glass of cold water. Explained everything about the apartment, beaches and town, and then she was gone until the last day of our stay. Apartment is very clean and has all you need in it: double and single beds; washing machine, balcony and dryer; fridge, microwave, toasters and all other kitchen appliances; umbrella and sunbeds for the beach; a lot of towels and bed-sheets, soaps, shampoos, etc. So, if you don't mind the distance (20-30 minutes walk to the beach), this place is perfect. On the last day, Vera gave us a ride to the Larnaca airport with her car for a decent price. Thanks for everything, Vera, hope to see you again!

Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! If you need to relax in the off-season, you don't need a lot of experiences, but you want to be able to get around in a place where you live - it's the perfect airbnb! The apartment is very clean, beautiful, with a terrace, washing machine, perfect for a couple, be like in our case for mom and daughter :) Gym under the apartment, yoga studio, car parking! Friendly cats and a pigeon that laid two eggs on the deck (please take care of these creatures) We really felt wonderful there and I can recommend TO ANYONE! ✨

Our host (Petros) was friendly and very responsive. What was good? Proper sea-view, Quiet location. Massive balcony with private pool access through your own gate, The water cooler saved us buying bottled water. It is a 10 minute walk to the local butcher, baker and shop. 20 minute walk to Kapparis High Street, (over the scaffold bridge - bring a torch!),.The apartment was clean and functional, and it felt more like a home than a holiday let, with full set of cooking utensils, spices, tea/coffee, washing and washing-up liquid and toiletries. Fast WiFi. What could be better? The road directions to Apollon Court were difficult at night A simple gas barbecue would be nice to really use this tremendous balcony. Overall, we would recommend this property and would come again!

I could not have picked a better place for me and my partner to stay while in cyprus. It has everything you need from home to home. Katarina is a great host, very welcoming and cant do enough for you. I believe the pictures on air bnb do not do her wonderful apartment jjustice. Fusun apartment was excellent point to visit the most beautiful beaches on the east Cyprus. Also it was ideal position to the town, old town, shopping, pharmacy and etc.. The accomodations is huge and the terrace with 360° view was something unforgettable...sunrise/sunset, etc. There was everything what you need, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, internet.. Very nice and quick communication with Fusun.

This is the second time we have stayed at Dave's and Pat's place (last time in a different apartment, but with the same experience). We were very satisfied again. The apartment is perfectly equipped and there is nothing missing. We especially appreciate beach equipment, games and toys for children, information brochures and EU socket adapters. The possibility of parking directly under the apartment in the shade is also great. The apartment was perfectly clean and we felt like at home. Their instructions are absolutely clear and detailed so we always knew what to do. They respond to messages almost immediately when needed. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Cyprus. Toykan's house was amazing and it had everything what is needed for a family! We've stayed there for a month with our baby and all I can say is that we felt like home. Spacious house with great kitchen, fast internet, various books and boarding games and lovely details made us feeling like at our home. Huge recommendation for Toykan's house, especially for long term stays. Toykan was very friendly and even provided a spare monitor that I needed for my remote work. Our stay was 10/10. Thank you Toykan!!!

The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

Great place with everything you need. Excellent location

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

The villa is everything you see in the pictures, just perfect. Fantastic location, no real need to drive if you don’t want to, supermarkets, bars, beaches, restaurants etc all within a short stroll. Nikos is a really friendly guy, nice little welcome pack of essential food items and his wife even made us a traditional Cypriot dinner, Kleftico. Nothing is too much trouble for Nikos and I would highly recommend the villa. We will definitely be back 😎

Absolutely perfect Cypriot house. It has been expertly restored, preserving its texture. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood that smells of history in every corner. The house was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything was available for guests to stay. Coffee, soft drinks, snacks, soap, shampoo, every detail was considered. Great location of the house. Cafes, restaurants and places to shop are within walking distance. Thank you so much to the host.

Performance is far ahead in terms of price performance. Really the house , the location , the hygiene and the attention are perfect. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend it.

Emine is a great host, place was very nice seconds walk from the large pool and slides, large supermarket recently opened right next to it which is great. we had an amazing time and kids loved it. It’s few minutes drive from all the great restaurants and fun fair and all other amenities. Never seen a better host than Emine and her husband, very responsive and helpful and great local knowledge on where to eat visit etc. can’t wait to go back there again next year.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation.
