The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a super different view, we loved it and would definitely come back. The condominium pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on site. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for all of us. The condominium is great, appears to be safe and has many leisure options. Access to the beach is easy, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The beach spot is really cool, with a good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and shower have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, no problem therefore. The condominium's valet service is also great with a 10-star staff. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the accommodation. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always responding very quickly. It would definitely return .

Great house, as per photos. Easy access and very beautiful condominium, very polite and helpful employees. Very close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy throughout the stay. The swimming pool wasn't so hot but it didn't hurt our experience that was 10.

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Our stay was great! The property is cozy and very well planned. The condominium is on the sand and the house is a few meters from the beach entrance. Everything worked out and Kátia always responded to us immediately. I'll be back for sure.
