This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

Spend a nice time in the apartment with Berblick and large south terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country ski trail right outside the door. Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
