What a beautiful apartment as soon as we walked in, we felt right at home we found it very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic shower and the beds were so comfortable really nice little touches like a bottle of wine, chocolate biscuits, and milk in the fridge thank you Laura ! The view from the window was stunning ,amazing I really looked forward to having a morning cuppa just sitting in the chair looking at the spectacular sunrise , we were so lucky with the weather! It was a great location for looking round Falmouth with plenty of pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all my friends and family!

We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

We had a great week staying here! Dale and Anna were amazing hosts, really communicative and proactive. The location is super convenient for going in town, but without the hecticness of being in town and the place was spotless and really nicely decorated, with really comfy beds! We all slept so well. The listing is exactly as described and I can really really recommend it! The guidebook in the house was comprehensive and super helpful. It's also really well stocked for a young family! It might be worth knowing that the bedrooms get quite light when the sun rises (not sure if black out blinds are available as we don't have very little ones so don't need them). Overall, I really reccomend this host and apartment for a break in Newquay!!

A lovely place to stay in Falmouth with a great location. A short stroll downhill into town but still close to good pubs and restaurants where it is. Beautiful view of the harbour with space to sit outside. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Mike was incredibly flexible and so friendly. The apartment was super clean and very cosy - wonderful views across the beach to top it off!

We had a great stay in St Ives. The place was in a great location, right on the waterfront and very easy to walk everywhere. Island car park was ideal and only a 6 minute walk away, we paid for a weekly ticket even though the stay was only 3 nights as worked out cheaper. Highly recommend!

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

A gorgeous house within walking distance of Hayle beach. The house was brilliantly appointed and was very comfortable. Gorgeous views over the estuary enhanced our stay. Annie was a great host - very responsive and informative.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We had a fabulous time...beautiful location in the sand dunes and walkable to the beach. A lovely, quiet location and the house was tastefully decorated in a surf chic style. Would recommend 🌟

Faye’s and Mike’s house is a wonderful place to stay and spent some relaxing holidays. The house is well equipped and the garden lovely for the kids to play. You can also reach all places in Cornwall easily. Faye and Mike give several recommendations and especially the “Hidden Hut” was a gorgeous place. We can highly recommend the house and would love to come back.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

fabulous house and location, Joanna was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great chill out time fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and walking House has everything you need, including super comfy beds and great views. Joanna recommended Leonie and Neil for the Greehouse in St Keverne as a private for a birthday meal at the house. meal was fantastic I would recommend a family group stay at this location

This accommodation is characterful, charming and comfortable. More spacious than anticipated, it is very well laid out. The location is fantastic with many options for walking. Overall, an exceptional and outstanding property.

Damien's place, at the centre of Penryn was perfect for my stay. The location provided a perfect base for me to attend the wedding I was there for and to explore the local area from. Damien was very responsive via messenger and was a courteous host. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Super comfy giant bed and very peaceful. Non feather bedding easily organised with hosts. Stunning views and easily walkable to town.

To rebook somewhere for a second visit speaks volumes! We were as impressed even 2nd time around! The Happy Plaice is truly a jewel! Right on the harbour, a real life picture postcard going on outside your living window. A completely relaxing break for us. Stunning! Not only the views, but the people too. And to top it off the apartment is superb! Thankyou.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
