House vacation rentals in Penrith City Council

I booked Gary's place for a weekend away celebrating my upcoming wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. I would even go as far as saying Gary undersells his place in his descriptions! The property was huge! I loved that downstairs had the mini kitchenette and bathroom next to the huge TV room and living space because this meant when some people wanted to sleep early they could escape upstairs while everyone could keep going and not worry about keeping anyone awake. We didn't get the chance to utalise the hot tub but it looked incredible. The nature was amazing with all of the birds knowing to come say hey for some seed. Just one little note for any adult groups staying, I would warn that apparently the bunk beds do move a lot so some did struggle to sleep a little. I'm sure they would've been perfectly fine for children though. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much Gary!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scott’s beautiful home, my family and I had the most wonderful time.The beds were so comfortable And the location is amazing with everything you need within walking distance. Scotts Home is very clean, comfortable and felt just like home. Scott provided everything needed for a big family and the outdoor area was so welcoming The kids loved the pool I Definitely recommend Scotts place. Claire's house was perfect for us as it was large and spacious for 3 generations of the one family. I love that my grandchildren had lots toys to play with. They enjoyed themselves immensely. The home was clean, tidy and impressive.

The house is new and felt fresh as soon as we got there. It was stocked with loads of essential cooking appliances and a fantastic bbq which made staying there and cooking a breeze. There were a few issues that arose with the place during our stay at the beginning, however the host was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Really big space with a great layout and perfect for families.

Sky is quick to respond. I stayed here with my siblings whilst visiting other family members. Large house plenty of space. Good sized bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Suited our needs. House Had everything we needed for our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home! Fantastic location, close to local shops, walking paths and plenty of parks for children and gym parks for adults, all very walkable! The house is well set up for a family with lots of space and bathrooms for everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Melonba! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect—close to [mention attractions] yet peaceful. Hyun was friendly and responsive. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay here! The place was super clean and really comfortable, you can tell there’s a lot of care and love put into every detail. We especially appreciated the board games, the coffee pods, and all the little extras, such a lovely touch! Everything felt warm and welcoming, and the host was really kind and helpful. We’d definitely love to come back. Only regret: we didn’t get to see Percy the possum :(

Loved the house, location and amenities except the master bedroom having two single beds that couldn’t be pushed together, while all the other rooms had double beds.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet area. Inside is very nice and elegant. Feels like home away from home. Vanessa was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend her. Little shops and big mall is a few minutes drive, not long at all. Looking forward to staying there next time we're in Sydney.

Fantastic property.

It’s a quiet comfortable home in a residential neighbourhood. Check in was very easy, no problems. There is no dining table to sit at to eat but other than that it had everything as expected.

Great place to stay with family especially when travelling with pets. Close to blue mountains. And close to other amenities.

Wonderful quaint place perfect for a comfortable stay in the Penrith area. Super clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Nice comfortable home in a quiet suburb. Perfect for our family. Not able to access the small garage so parked in the driveway. Good communication, friendly and easy going.
