Mariangela and Toby were lovely hosts and the home was cute, compact and had everything we needed. Very clean and well taken care of. The location was good, a bit of a walk from the city centre but there’s buses and a great spot to visit both Milford on Sea and Brockenhurst.

We had a lovely stay, just the place we were looking for to explore the New Forest. There was a shop in walking distance, but too far to walk for myself to the town, but only a 10 minute drive away. The annexe had everything we needed for our stay and apart from a little road noise, it was peaceful and quiet. On our last day we found a lovely garden centre, which was in walking distance, and had a lovely cafe. Would recommend to others as central for exploring.

Had a great time staying here. Super clean and Cat was so accommodating to us putting out blow up bed for my daughter which she loved. We enjoyed the processo left for us on arrival and my daughter was pleased to see there was milk for her to drink too! The room is well stocked with teabags, coffee, biscuits etc. The garden is lovely and great for kids. Cat also provided detailed information and recommendations for the area which we found so helpful. Very close to the town which is great. Thank you very much, would highly recommend.
