A very spacious apartment next door very nice

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

Very easy stay at Regis' flat. Very close to centre of Deauville and Trouville, the best location to explore both towns on foot, to be honest. Free parking possibility (public free parking on street and private parking for a smaller car). Very quiet and clean apartment (just like the pictures). Communication was very responsive and kind. I can only recommend.

La Dune Bleue is a comfortable and convenient house ideal for shining by car between World War II and Belle Epoque. Melissa and Sebastien know how to be considerate but not invasive.

Monica is a very responsive host and fluid communication. The stay is a wonderful stay and everything is doable on foot in Honfleur.

The house is very charming and well-equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The environment is also peaceful while being very close to a village with essential goods (en primeurs, pharmacy, etc.).

Villa Denise is a beautiful house that is just waiting to welcome young and old. The beautiful spaces in this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are precise. don't hesitate!

We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation, offering calm and space for our children. the accommodation is clean and ideal for a small family. the communication with our host was very fluid, our son was even kindly welcomed by his grandchildren for moments of play. our stay was most relaxing. Great stay with the family. Pierre's house is ideally located and wonderfully organized. It is full of charm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the small garden in the back of the house and have lunch almost every day. We enjoyed the light Normandy flan by Hélie Bruno, the excellent Pont L 'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains and the fresh fish on the quays. We'll be happy to go back!

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't warm enough to have our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outdoors in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very nice.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, sunny, with beautiful views of the courtyard and the village. The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.

Very nice and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain the dishes not being clean). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but it's a shame that it's so narrow and that other poorly parked residents hinder maneuvers (which are numerous and difficult).
