We had such a beautiful, soft landing here after 3 days of travel with small children. Nicole & Jarrods attention to detail is second to none. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The space is warm and inviting, the children's room has special little touches for small people and the soft furnishings throughout the entire house are so thoughtful. We cooked dinner most nights in the well equipped kitchen and we ate out on the deck gazing across the Bass Strait. The firepit was ready to toast marshmallows and the spa was warm and waiting for us. It really was a magical time in Penguin thanks to this place and it makes you really appreciate when hosts go all out and are so good at what they do.

This accommodation stood out for a couple of reasons. 1. Close to Tamar river conservation area walk. 2. Literally right next to an excellent gin distillery and Tamar Ridge winery. We had an amazing gin cocktail (or 2) then walked about 40m to front door. 3. Amazing Sunrise over river/vineyards through full height windows (from bed) 4. An easy 25 min from Launceston airport. Plus clean and well appointed.

We had a great stay, it was so clean it felt like we were the very first guests! The kitchen area was small but it had everything you could need to cook for yourself. The space was cosy and private and easy distance to walk to the beach. (Although walking back is a bit steep!) We loved our short stay and as frequent visitors to the area I am sure we will be back.

On checking out today we realised that Toni’s place was our 40th Air BnB experience. And what an experience it was. Right up there as probably the very best we have experienced. The house is just beautiful, spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you need to make yourself right at home. Extremely well appointed kitchen and two full sized bathrooms plus a large tub to soak in, not to mention the spa on the deck. And a fire pit and laundry facilities too! The only thing that disappointed us was that it was a single night stay. I could have sat in the deck watching the water for days and days. Thank you so much for having us and if we are ever in the neighbourhood again this will be our go to. 10/10 all the way.

We stayed at Janmaree's house for Easter on a family trip. Everything was clean and easy to find and Janmaree was always very responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we all loved sitting outside by the fire, playing a few games. Janmaree had even gone above and beyond and hid Easter eggs around the house for us - what a lovely gesture! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at 'Verve' It is brand new, modern, spotlessly clean, light filled and comfortable. Ben and Camille are wonderful hosts, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We had a 2 week stay here and felt right at home! There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, everything else a very short drive away. A very quick zip to the highway for heading out of town. The kitchen is well stocked, furnishings are lovely, just an all-round great stay. Thank you Ben and Camille!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Stanley with family and friends! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi at first, but Collin was super responsive and quickly addressed the issue, even checking with the neighbors. The best part was the thoughtful touches for kids – tons of toys, coloring sheets, and pencils, plus plenty of books and games for adults. It made the stay so enjoyable for everyone.
