Impeccable, extremely clean, organized, comfortable, modern and with a beautiful view, Elza an excellent hostess I was very welcome, she worries about the details so that you have a great stay, from the very cordial moment, thank you very much for providing an amazing stay. Unna Park is wonderful, a place for sports activities, rest, leisure, totally safe, planned, certainly worth staying with Elza.

Great place to spend pleasant days in the midst of nature, impeccable garden, with little lights that decorated the night, great facilities according to announcement, everything we looked for utensils had in the house, well equipped, nature of a lush beauty, pool and sanga that the children loved, it is worth it, wonderful, warm and tasty homemade products, we will return for sure, we recommend a thousand times and still close to home

Gustavo's house is great, wide equal to the one described in the listing. Very well equipped with appliances, it is safe. The reception was great, with mimo of the famous Pelotas sweets. I certainly host again and recommend it .

Staying in the Arturo loft was delicious! Our trip to Pelotas was to participate in a race race, so we chose the place by the location and possibility of cooking the specific meals of our plan on site. We were welcomed with the extremely clean and well equipped apê for all the needs we had throughout our stay. It was a great experience! We will definitely come back more often. :)

Amazing place with good view, safe and easy access, extremely clean and organized, there were several household items as well as extra bed and bath linens. Attentive host with clear and objective instructions, we had a little problem at check in that was 1 hour late due to an unforeseen with the previous guest, the host was kind and increased that time at our checkout We'll definitely come back more often

Beautiful apartment! We arrived late at night and had no problem checking in, thanks to the super flexible check-in and clear instructions that made the whole process easy. The apartment is beautiful, modern and was very clean. In addition, the location is very nice, surrounded by a very pleasant environment. Definitely highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and complete, ideal for a quiet and pleasant stay. The location is beautiful, in a nice and safe area, and the garage is very practical and comfortable if you are driving. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The only thing to take into account is that the armchair bed is not the most comfortable to stay many days. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place!

Since we arrived, he was super attentive and kind to us, he treated us super well. We felt very comfortable, he recommended places to go to eat in the area and he is super nice. A lot of detail in the cleanliness, the perfect and comfortable facilities, everything was perfect. The terrace has spectacular views and the air is pure. It is noticeable that he has an interest in making his guests a comfortable stay, he fixed on every detail to make everything perfect. It has two super energetic and cute dogs!! The only thing that was not good was that the establishment is difficult to find and to access if you do not speak the language and also do not know the area, it is advisable that when you want to use Google Maps they use waze. Likewise on the day we arrive the nos Marco and I help us get to the route by the best path possible since the roads are dirt roads and not by anyone can be accessed so easily. Definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone!!!☺️☺️

The home was perfect for my on-time demand. Starting with the agility of Waleska's service, I made the reservation and I was actually served instantly. The town was passing through the city to stay overnight and the ease of checkin could not be better. The apartment is located in a region of the city that looks quite new and with a good landscaping. There is a good coffee just next door to walk. About the apartment is very clean and well decorated, with a very good and wide kitchen as well. The shower is very good, everything is well clean and sanitized. Garage, concierge and tag system to get in and out, all very practical. Cost benefit A+++. Thank you Waleska.

Excellent apartment, very nice and well decorated. Building with security and a contemporary design. In the surroundings there are cafes, a market and an excellent space for sports, walking or just enjoying the view. Best neighborhood to stay in Pelotas, no doubt. I recommend it!

The apartment is great! Super quiet, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful and Una Park is super safe and pleasant. On the ground floor, there is a 24-hour market that is very convenient and the building staff is super nice and helpful. Communication with Carolina was quick and effective! I'd definitely be back! I just missed having more outlets (or extensions) and a water filter.
