The host from the first contact has shown kindness in your service. Later at the check-in, it was evident that it was not a simple accommodation, as soon as I entered the house I felt warmth and tranquility. These sensations get even stronger as we observe that everything was very clean and organized. The host left some treats like hygiene utensils, several clean towels, linens, and drinks in the fridge. I thank you publicly for the good service provided and in my opinion this accommodation deserves well more than 5 stars. Pena that 5 is the maximum.

Peaceful stay and as expected. We were greeted with a clean, well-air-conditioned and cozy house. We loved the welcome sign and the patio is really nice.

The apartment is beautiful, modern and bright, with a beautiful view through the windows, in a nice and modern condominium, with all the amenities and services described. Very safe, comfortable and spotless. It was super tidy and clean, and Gicelda and her husband were great hosts. Attentive to our arrival, ready to help us and they welcomed us in an extremely warm way. Concerned about our rest, we had the beds ready and details waiting for us. We totally recommend it!!!! It's even nicer than in the photos and they are loving and dedicated hosts!

The location is excellent, in front of a park with lake, track for running and hiking, decks, bakery in the building itself, an easily accessible garage, close to the mall and located on the way to the beach of Laranjal (about 10 minutes). Excellent facilities. A small but comfortable apartment. Two rooms, they don't have TVs in them, it's not smart. It has good Internet. The mattresses are comfortable. Clean and bright. A small but very efficient and very neat bathroom. A gas stove, oven, microwave, steam fryer, sandwich maker, iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, and washing machine. Everything you need for cooking, just like at home. Very safe condominium, family atmosphere, very pleasant locals. A five-a-side soccer field and paddle tennis court. Bring rackets and balls. Excellent for children, there are many and very friendly ones there. Very nice pool, but cold water. Carrefour 3 blocks away and small stores. Private garage. El Laranjal beach 8 km away, Pelotas shopping 1 km away (ideal for children). Water park 40 km away and Cassino beach 50 km away (highly recommended). Recommended place, I'll be back someday.

Very well located in the central area of Pelotas, close to a restaurant, squares, Public Market and the Boardwalk. Our family loved it and we thank Juliana for all her affection. The stay in the apartment of Mr. Adhemar was very quiet. The site is very safe, cozy and has everything you need for vacation days, or work. Very close to the center and also to one of the main squares of the city (Cel. Pedro Osório). Super recommend!

Great apartment! Very clean and organized, with comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen well-equipped. The structure of the condominium is great too. The high point of the accommodation was the availability of Melissa, who was always ready to serve us.

The apartment is very nice, with many details where you can see that there is a lot of dedication behind it. We spent an amazing night. It was very important for us that the vehicle was inside a closed area, and in this case it even had surveillance. We felt like a friend had lent us his house. Tiago was very friendly and helpful at all times. 🙏

We were amazed at the ease of check-in, porters were super gentle and helpful. The location has exactly what is described. It is a great place for those who want to rest while enjoying the city, simple, excellent cost/benefit. Ravyne is very helpful and attentive.

Josy is one of those rare hosts. The way you'll find the place is nothing short of amazing. Everything super clean and organized. The explanation of the check-in and check-out details even had illustrative photos. From zero to ten, the score is eleven!

My stay on Mr. Luiz was excellent! The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions. The space is cozy, very well maintained and exactly as pictured — clean, organized and with everything I needed to feel at home. The location is also great, making it easy to access the main points of Pelotas. I would definitely stay again. I recommend it to everyone!
